Abstract

This research investigated the strategies employed by English teachers at SMK Negeri 4 Rambah in teaching English to their students. The research aims to identify, analyze, and describe the teaching strategies used by English teachers in promoting effective learning outcomes. A qualitative research design was employed, involving 2 English teachers as participants. Data were collected through interviews, and documentations. The results showed that both teachers used different teaching strategies. This research employs Multiple Strategies, incorporating direct interaction, small group work, and discussions, and blended learning strategies, combining technology with writing strategies.
