Abstract

Knowledge Management has an increasingly important role in organizations across a wide range of industries. Knowledge Management is an organization of knowledge owned by individuals in an organization. With knowledge management, an individual's knowledge will be able to become organizational knowledge so that it is useful for the organization or employees and makes it available to members of the organization so that it can be used at the right time and place to positively affect organizational performance and increase the organization's business competitiveness. To manage and document knowledge so that it becomes a reference for employees. In the company, it is necessary to prepare and implement an appropriate management system. The application of a knowledge management system must of course be supported by the features needed to store and organize the existing knowledge at PT Adira Finance Ujungbatu. To overcome this problem, the author wants to produce a Knowledge Management System which is made in the form of a web programming system using the PHP and MySQL programming languages which will create new knowledge, store knowledge and process knowledge.
