Abstract
Abstract: This study aims to investigate the impact of digital transformation on the income enhancement of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The motivation for this research arises from the presence of 37 million women-owned MSMEs in Indonesia. Projections for 2025 estimate that the economic value of women-managed MSMEs will reach USD 135 billion. However, women-owned MSMEs encounter several significant challenges in business development, such as limited access to technological devices, inadequate digital infrastructure, low digital literacy, and digital skills. Digital transformation is anticipated to influence the income levels of women-owned MSMEs in Jabodetabek. This research was conducted on 120 women-owned MSMEs in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) through Google Forms using a questionnaire. The sampling method employed was multistage sampling. The analysis results, using the Structural Equation Model with the Smart PLS program, indicate that digital transformation, as a moderating variable of digital literacy, financial digitalization, and sales digitalization, positively and significantly affects the income of MSMEs in Jabodetabek, while digital skills and marketing digitalization are not significant. The income of women-owned MSMEs in Jabodetabek is influenced by digital transformation. The research findings also reveal that sales digitalization exhibits the strongest path coefficient. This study recommends that to enhance the income of women-owned MSMEs, digital transformation in their businesses is essential. Government support is required to empower women's economy through digitalization training to develop their businesses.
