Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of Sedaap Noodle products at PT PDR in Ujungbatu District. The research method used is the qualitative SWOT analysis method, namely strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats as a strategy to increase sales. The results showed that PT PDR in Ujungbatu District has strengths in terms of a strong brand and a wide distribution network. This research uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis, IFAS matrix, EFAS, SWOT Matrix and cartesian diagrams. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation.
