Abstract

Wijaya Farm is an aqiqah service provider located in Ujung Batu District that still encounters various operational challenges, particularly in managing customer data, processing orders, scheduling slaughtering activities, and generating reports, which are all conducted manually, leading to potential recording errors, data duplication, and low efficiency and transparency. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Aqiqah Management Information System capable of integrating all service processes in a more effective, efficient, and systematic manner. The research methods include observation, interviews, and literature study, while the system is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and developed with the PHP programming language supported by a MySQL database. The results indicate that the system improves efficiency and accuracy in data management, facilitates online ordering for customers, and provides real-time information and reporting. Additionally, the system includes a digital aqiqah certificate feature as a value-added service to enhance customer trust, making it a viable solution for supporting more modern, transparent, and integrated aqiqah service management.
