Abstract
The aim of this study is to improve the reading comprehension skills of 12th-grade Pharmacy students at SMK YAPPAN Pasir Pengaraian through the use of the Readable application. The research procedure employed is a quasiexperimental design with a pretest-posttest format. The subjects of the study are 40 students from the 12th-grade Pharmacy class. Data were collected through reading comprehension tests administered before and after the use of the Readable application. The results of the study indicate a significant improvement in students' reading comprehension skills following the use of the Readable application. The average posttest scores showed a marked increase compared to the average pretest scores. Additionally, the study found that students were more motivated to learn and exhibited positive responses to the use of the Readable application. Based on the research findings, it is advocated that teachers integrate the Readable application into the teaching process to enhance students' reading comprehension skills. The study also suggests that future studies should investigate the application of comparable technologies in other subjects or educational levels.
