Abstract

BUMDes Sumber Rezeki is a BUMDes located in Kota Raya Village, Kunto Darussalam District, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau. BUMDes Sumber Rezeki has several main business fields such as the savings and loan business and the oil palm business. More than 10 years of course formed many problems that are often faced by staff or employees who work at BUMDes Sumber Rezeki. One of them is in the assessment and feasibility of granting credit to customers who are registered at BUMDes Sumber Rezeki. Credit analyst staff as the field that regulates or manages credit in the BUMDes Sumber Rezeki, of course, have problems in determining credit worthiness for customers. The analysis carried out at this time still uses the manual method by collecting all data or documents of the customer to further analyze whether the customer is eligible for the loan / credit. With the manual method, certainly the determination of the feasibility of granting loans is not effective and inaccurate. There needs to be an appropriate solution to overcome these problems. Decision support system is a solution that is expected to be able to overcome the problems experienced by credit analysis staff, of course, using the processing of assessment criteria and creditworthiness with the right method calculation. Then the method used is the Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) Method.
