Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Analyze the Influence of Management Roles on Performance at KUD Tani Sejahtera, 2) Analyze Member Participation on Performance at KUD Tani Sejahtera. Basedon the type of data and analysis, this study uses a quantitative approach, which explains the causalrelationship between variables by testing previously formulated hypotheses. This research was conducted at KUD Tani Sejahtera in January 2026. The data collection technique used was a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. This research used a questionnaire with 85 respondents. The data collection method utilized both primary and secondary data. The results showed that the variables of Management Role and Member Participation simultaneously had a significant influence on performance.
