Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Kepenuhan Hulu currently requires school management which includes teacher and student data, facilities and infrastructure data, letter archive management and subject scheduling. The management system used still uses manual documents. Then from this document, the data is entered into Microsoft Excel to fill in the student data. The stored data does not have a database so if the data is lost you have to start over from the beginning, not to mention if you want to search for student data you have to search again manually one by one. All of this data experiences problems and obstacles, namely that data archiving is not yet structured and is still done manually, where all data is still recorded in ledgers, especially in the subject section and student data at SMA Negeri 1 Kepenuhan Hulu. SMA Negeri 1 Kepenuhan Hulu still requires good and efficient management, so that operational activities can run well. The web-based school management information system at SMA Negeri 1 Kepenuhan Hulu has been successfully designed and created which is expected to help in managing teacher and student data, facility and infrastructure data, letter archive management and subject scheduling so that it is better and more efficient.
